These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 3698 Bot Dashboard ("Dashboard") and the related Discord bot application ("Bot"). The Dashboard and Bot are provided by WolfyZ for the 3698 Discord community.
By accessing the Dashboard, signing in with Discord, or using the Bot in a server where it is installed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
The Dashboard is a web-based staff tool for configuring and managing Bot features in Discord servers, including moderation tools, polls, calendar sync, knowledge base, logs, and other modules that may be enabled or disabled per server.
The Bot provides Discord server utilities and background jobs according to each server's configuration. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Eligibility and access
You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Dashboard access is limited to users with appropriate permissions in servers they manage, as determined through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Dashboard or Bot to violate Discord rules, applicable laws, or server policies.
- Attempt to access servers, data, or features you are not authorized to use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including probing, scraping, or overloading systems.
- Misuse moderation, logging, or automation features to harass, spam, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service except where permitted by law.
4. Server administrator responsibility
Server owners and staff who configure the Bot and Dashboard are responsible for how the service is used in their community, including which modules are enabled, what content is stored, and how moderation actions are applied.
5. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the Dashboard and Bot available, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maintenance, outages, Discord API limits, or third-party issues may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Dashboard and Bot are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use the service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfyZ and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Dashboard or Bot.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Dashboard or Bot if these Terms are violated or if continued operation poses a security or abuse risk. You may stop using the service at any time by logging out and removing the Bot from your server.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
